Pasir Salak is located in Perak, Malaysia and it is well known as one of the historical places in Malaysia. As from my first entry, a novel called Pahlawan Pasir Salak written by Ismail Sarbini tells the story of Malaysian nationalist, Dato Maharajalela who fought till his last breath. All the important event which are stated in the history of Malaysia were witnessed by the land of Pasir Salak.
Pasir Salak was carved as a historical place when the first British resident, J.W.W Birch was killed on the 2nd November 1875 on this particular location.
Today, Pasir Salak has become one of the tourist attraction due to its historical value and it is a very beautiful place to visit.
